The Windowclean Centre is committed to protecting your privacy. We have developed a site which uses high level 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology which keeps your payment card and personal details completely confidential allowing you the confidence to shop on-line. We will not collect any information about individuals except where it is specifically and knowingly given by them. Any information you supply to us, will remain within our operational system and we never re-share information with any other company other than for operational reasons - see "Agents". However, we may use your information to provide and personalise our service to you and we will use your contact details to communicate with you e.g. inform you of special offers, promotions etc. or for administrative purposes.

We will take all reasonable care to keep your details secure but we cannot guarantee that security breaches will not occur. Our entire liability to you is to endeavour to prevent a continuation and repetition once we have been informed of a problem.

In addition to our safeguards, your details are protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998 and associated legislation.

Agents
The Windowclean Centre employs other companies to carry out tasks on our behalf. These include Royal Mail, carriage contractors, credit and payment card processors and e-mail service providers.

These companies have access to the personal details necessary to allow them to carry out their functions. They do not use this information for other purposes.
