By accessing the website and/or by placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please do not use or register with, the website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to
all users and visitors to our website and constitute a binding agreement between
the Windowclean Centre and the user/visitor. Please read through the Terms & Conditions
carefully as they contain important information. You may wish to print a copy
for reference. To use any of the services of the site you will be required to
register as an authorised user. As we reserve the right to change and/or update
the Terms & Conditions from time to time, please look through them regularly.
These Terms and Conditions apply between the Windowclean Centre and the user.
You cannot assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions
and no other person is entitled to benefit under these Terms and Conditions.
INVALIDITY
If any of these Terms & Conditions are found
to be invalid, this should not invalidate the remaining conditions which shall
remain enforceable. No waiver by us of any condition shall be deemed to be a waiver
of any other Term & Condition. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

you will be asked for a password. You will be responsible for the confidentiality
of your password and any account activity that is submitted under this password.
If you suspect your password is no longer confidential, you must contact our customers
services department immediately. The Windowclean Centre shall not be liable for
loss or damage caused as a result of any failure by you to protect your password
or account. To register with The Windowclean Centre website, you must be over

and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or
organisation or to use a name that you are not authorised to use. You will not

Although we make every effort to ensure the content of the website is accurate
and current, The Windowclean Centre website is provided on an "as seen"
basis without any warranties or guarantees or any kind. By accessing the site
you accept the risks associated with the Internet, software and telecommunication
links and you accept any costs of access.
TERMINATION
The Windowclean Centre reserves the right to cancel
or suspend any registration at our discretion or if we believe you are in breach
of the terms of registration. The cancellation or suspension of your registration
and your rights to use the site shall not effect your, or The Windowclean Centre's,
rights or liabilities. The agreement to use the site may be terminated by you
at any time, by advising us in writing.

of this site, remain at all times the property of the Windowclean Centre and

mechanically, other than for private and non commercial use is prohibited.
The modification and redistribution of any part of the website is also
prohibited. You will not display on the site any material which you do not
own without the written permission of the owners of the material.

advertisers and sponsors are responsible for their own content; we do not endorse
and shall not be liable in any way for any errors or inaccuracies occuring within

INTERRUPTION TO ONLINE SERVICE
The Windowclean Centre aims to offer our customers,
the highest level of customer service. This includes the Windowclean Centre website.
However, the Windowclean Centre makes no guarantee that the site will meet your
requirements or that the site will be fault free. We are unable to accept any
claims resulting from faults with, or any inability to access the site. Occasionally,
access to the website will be restricted due to maintenance and repairs. We will
endeavour to minimise these interruptions to the service. If you are unable to
access the site, or if a fault occurs, in using the site, you should immediately
contact us at customercare@windowcleancentre.co.uk
and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as possible. We
cannot accept responsibility for any delay in processing of orders due to the
interruption of our on-line connection through a breakdown in a third party's
service resulting in an ability to receive data.
SCOPE
The Windowclean Centre website is designed for use
within the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. If you access and
use the services on our website from outside these areas, you do so at your own
risk. You will be responsible for the suitablility of any product and their compliance
with local laws.
ACCEPTANCE
We are able to accept orders via the website, e-mail,
telephone, fax and post. If you have ordered via the website or have e-mailed
your order, we will e-mail you as soon as possible to confirm receipt and acceptance
of your order. You will be responsible for the accuracy of any order submitted
by you. However, if you are in any doubt regarding an item's description or suitability,
please call our sales team (0800 413512) or email us at customercare@windowcleancentre.co.uk.
No contract is formed until you have received an acceptance of order from us.
You will be only be charged for your order at the point of dispatch. Orders are
accepted at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to decline an order without
giving any explanation. We will not be liable to you or any third party by way
of our refusal to accept an order.
AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to keep in stock and have available
for immediate dispatch every item shown on our website. However, all items and
services are subject to availablility and only for the period that they appear
on our website. We will notify you immediately of the unavailablility of any item
and/or delay in dispatch and allow you the option to cancel your order. If the
order is not cancelled, you will be deemed to have accepted the delivery date.
DESCRIPTIONS
The Windowclean Centre has taken great care to ensure
that all descriptions of products are accurate and that prices are correct. However,
orders will only be accepted if there is no material error in either the description
or prices. All dimensions, weights and capacities given are approximate. Photograph
and colours are illustrative only. We reserve the right to alter the specification
of any item as advised by the manufacturers - all accessories are extras unless
otherwise stated.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in Sterling and are subject to VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. Non UK EEC customers registered for VAT can obtain goods VAT free by providing us with their VAT Number when registering. All prices are subject to alteration; however any change in price will be notified to you prior to us accepting your order. Prices exclude delivery - this will be shown as a separate item at the Checkout - see Delivery. We do not have a minimum order value.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are able to accept payment by credit and
debit cards, cheque or postal orders. Payment must be made in full at the time
of the order. Payment for goods is subject to clearance prior to the dispatch
of the goods. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation
checks and authorisation. We cannot be held liable in any way if the card issuing
company refuses or does not authorise payment to us.
RECEIPT
A fully itemised VAT Receipt will be dispatched
with your order.
RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership of goods supplied, will remain with The
Windowclean Centre until paid for in full. The Windowclean Centre reserves the
right to repossess any item supplied where payment has not been made in full and
to recover any direct costs incurred.
DELIVERY
Orders received by 2.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays),
will normally be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2.00 pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Standard mainland delivery will be 2 working days from dispatch of order. Exclusions to this are large
and bulky items and deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and
the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries to the following Post Codes may take up to
7 working days:-

For security reasons, we are unable to make deliveries to BFPO addresses or PO
Box Numbers or addresses which are not secure. The contents of your order, delivery
services and destination will determine the delivery rate you will be charged.
This charge will be added to your basket at the checkout. Small orders (up to
1kg) will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail. All orders over 1Kg will be dispatched
by carrier. Occasionally, orders may be sent in more than one consignment; however
you will only pay one delivery charge per order. Delivery will normally be between
8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays); We are unable
to make timed deliveries. Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery dates,
the Windowclean Centre shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages incurred
directly or indirectly from any failure to meet an estimated delivery date. A
signature will be required as proof of delivery. This signature will also be proof
of safe delivery; it is essential that the person signing for delivery checks
for damage prior to signature, as we cannot accept responsibility for damage following
signature. Checking is paramount; we cannot accept responsibility for goods signed
for as "Unchecked". Ownership of the order will pass to you at the point of delivery.
If you are unable to sign for delivery, it will be necessary to complete the alternative
delivery instructions section at the checkout. Where delivery is made without
a signature, ownership will pass to you at that point. Failure to complete the
alternative delivery instruction section satisfactorily, may result in additional
re-delivery charges being made. The fullest delivery instructions are vital; house
name and village are not sufficient. In non urban areas, we require the road name
and number and location e.g. opposite the post office.
DAMAGE AND LOSS IN TRANSIT
Claims for damage to or loss of, any item whilst
in transit must be made to customercare@windowcleancentre.co.uk
within three working days (in the case of damage) or within seven working days
of the notified arrival date. Claims for damage cannot be considered if the goods
are signed for as "not inspected". Claims for loss cannot be accepted if the goods
are left without a signed receipt.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
In addition to your legal rights and obligations,
the Windowclean Centre operates a no quibble refund and exchange policy. If you
are not totally satisfied with any item ordered, you may return it to us, at your
own expense, within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund, credit or exchange
(excluding delivery costs). Items returned after the 7 working day period, will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We cannot refund, credit or exchange, engraved ladders,
personalised items (e.g. workwear), sealed software, videos, DVDs and cleaning
liquids/powders which have been opened and/or the seal broken. We also cannot
refund, credit or exchange any special order items (e.g. a non stock item not
shown in the catalogue). Should you need to return any item you must first contact
us on 01473 215295 or at customercare@windowcleancentre.co.uk.
We will issue you with a returns number which must be included with the returned
item(s) along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned items must also include
any loyalty card or free gifts supplied. You will be asked whether you require
a refund, exchange or credit. We will also ask the reason for return. As we cannot
be held responsible for the non delivery of returned items, we recommend that
you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and/or insure the item(s) against loss or damage. Items returned for credit,
exchange or refund must be in an unused and saleable condition and in the original
packaging. On receipt of the returned goods (received in a satisfactory condition)
we will initiate the refund, exchange or credit. Refunds
will be made to the credit or debit card account originally used in the transaction
as soon as reasonable practicable, but in any event within 30 days of the goods
return. If payment was originally made by cheque, the refund will also be made
by cheque.
QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS
The Windowclean Centre, is an established supplier
of professional window cleaning equipment and we take pride in our customer relations.
Our aim is to deal with complaints in an efficient and speedy manner and to resolve
any dispute amicably. In the event of a complaint or grievance, we request that
you contact customer services at customercare@windowcleancentre.co.uk
or telephone 01473 215295 stating your order number and giving the details of,
or the nature of your complaint. All complaints will receive a response outlining
our intended course of action within two working days of the complaint being raised.
The Windowclean Centre aims to resolve any complaint (with the assistance of the
manufacturer if necessary) within 14 days of the dispute/complaint being raised
and to the satisfaction of the customer and to keep the customer informed throughout
the process.
GUARANTEE
The Windowclean Centre supplies equipment from the
World's leading manufacturers and we trust that any equipment purchased from us
will give a long and productive working life. However, in addition to our "no
quibble" exchange and refund policy, The Windowclean Centre also offers a 12 month
guarantee on equipment purchased from us. Any item which has failed due to faulty
workmanship or faulty materials will be replaced or repaired free of charge or
a full refund given. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse or user
abuse. It may be necessary to inspect the item(s) and we may ask that the item(s)
be returned to us for inspection. Should this inspection prove to show misuse,
our normal carriage charges will apply to the goods' return.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and the Windowclean Centre
site are governed by English law. Disputes can only be dealt with by English courts.
