We hold huge stocks in our warehouse and our aim is to fulfil all orders from stock. However, very occasionally an item will be out of stock and will be placed on back order. We aim to dispatch all back ordered items within a few days of the order being placed but we will keep you informed as to the likely timescale.
Change/add to an order

Return an item
If you have received a damaged or faulty product please return to us within 14 days of delivery to the Freepost address below. Please ensure all packaging and sales receipts are returned in the parcel.

When the faulty product(s) is received we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, please return to us within 14 days of delivery to the address below. Please note: the product(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, un-used and in the original packing. Please ensure the sales receipt is enclosed with the parcel.
Once the returned item(s) has been received at our depot and in a re-saleable condition, we will arrange a refund to the payment card used to place the original order. Please allow 7 - 10 working days from receipt at our depot for the refund to be processed
